Burn Permits

Spanish Peaks Volunteer Fire Department is not currently issuing burn permits due to extremely dry conditions and high winds. This includes any outdoor burning with the exception of charcoal or propane gas manufactured grills. This also includes burn barrels, pit burning, yard burning, etc, within the town limits of Aguilar. We will update here when we begin issuing burn permits again.
